Night of the Living Dead

Game design by Dennis L. Bishop

By designer Dennis L. Bishop, Night of the Living Dead is a game based on the George Romero and John Russo 1968 cult horror classic movie done as a tribute to the genius of the "grandfathers of the genre." The game begins after a small group of people have joined together to defend themselves in an isolated southern farm against a growing mob of menacing "things" at dusk, and play continues until dawn. Night of the Living Dead is a two-player game, or it can be played solitaire.  Game counters are inspired by the 1968 Night of the Living Dead film. Rules use action points for movement and combat and include a weapons search feature.
